摘要
随着有线电视的快速发展,用户对服务质量的要求越来越高,而完善的客户服务管理系统是提高客户服务水平的关键。分析普陀区有线电视客户服务的现状,提出客户服务管理系统的设计思路,详细阐述5大子系统的工作流程,最后对系统实现的技术手段进行介绍,为有线电视客户服务管理体系的改革提供技术参考。
With the rapid development of cable television industry, the customers' requirement of service at cable television is higher and higher. So it is urgent to improve Customer Service Management System of cable television which decides the level of Customer Service. This paper analyses the current situation of Customer Service at Putuo District of Cable Television and puts forward the suggestion on designing Customer Service Management System. Then the thesis states the six subsystems of working procedures. In the last part, the author introduces the techniques of implementing the Customer Service Management System which can be the technical reference to reforming the Customer Service at Putuo District of Cable Television.
