注射美容并发症的原因及其防治措施 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨了注射美容并发症的原因与防治措施。方法在2010年4月至2011年10月我院接收注射美容求美者392例,392例求美者当中使用的注射美容物有透明质酸、肉毒素、胶原蛋白、羟基磷灰石及脂肪颗粒等,针对求美者使用不同美容物表现出的不同并发症状况,提出了不同防治措施。结果根据并发症原因及防治措施,365例美容求美者疗效显著,术后无不适和并发症出现,其它的27例注射后预期效果欠佳,有3例出现了轻度过敏反应,1例局部皮肤坏死.5例出现了面部表情僵硬,8例出现局部皮下淤血,3例出现注射填充物迁移,3例出现结节4例出现慢性肉芽肿。结论掌握并发症原因与防治措施,可降低医疗风险,提高顾客满意度。
