摘要
把仿真技术同最优化技术相结合，构造出仿真优化模型并在计算机上开发出一个 仿真优化程序，用它解决了带有随机变量的运输系统的最优参数确定问题．计算表 明．仿真优化模型既能对难以进行解析研究的系统进行参数分析．又能对这种系统的 方案进行优化，是系统设计的一个有效工具．
The authors combined the simulation technique with the optimization technique and developed a simulant optimization model which can be applied to determining the optimum parameters of the complex systems with random factors. The results show that the model is an effective general one for water transport planning.
