摘要
目的:探讨分析外科手术治疗胃肠肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:选择胃肠肿瘤患者100例,根据患者自身情况定制最合适的手术方式进行肿瘤选择性切除。结果:55例胃肠肿瘤患者痊愈,占55%,7例患者胃肠肿瘤死亡,占7%,38例胃肠肿瘤患者复发,占38%,经过二次手术治疗,最终痊愈无死亡。结论:胃肠肿瘤临床表现并不明显,采取外科手术治疗取得的效果比较理想,是目前较好的一种治疗方法。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect analysis of surgical operation treatment of gastrointestinal cancer.Methods 100 cases of patients with gastrointestinal tumor, tumor selective resection operation mode according to the condition of patients to tailor the most appropriate.Results 55 cases of gastrointestinal tumor patients recovered,accounted for 55%,7 cases of patients with gastrointestinal tumor death,accounting for 7%,38 cases of patients with gastrointestinal tumor recurrence after treatment,accounted for 38%,two operation, eventually recovered and no death.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of gastrointestinal tumor is not obvious,by surgical operation treatment effect is ideal,is a better therapy at present.
