摘要
综观整个国际投资大背景 ,以及我国利用外资局势 ,中国的外资法律制度面临着巨大的挑战 ,重新审视我国的外资法律制度已势在必行。本文通过考察中国利用外资现状、国际投资方式的新特点。
Legislation in Chinas foreign capital investment is facing a big challenge,as we make a comprehensive survey of the changing situation of international capital investment and its utilization of foreign funds in China.It is imperative to reexamine Chinas legislation in foreign capital investment.This article observes Chinas present situation of foreign capital utiliaztion,the characteristics of the ways of intemational investment,the new strategy of intemational investment by multi national corporations as well as the new trend of international investment legislation.It elaborates on the authors considerations and views on the challenge and reform that chinas capital investment legislation will face.
