摘要
对运行18000 h HK40裂解炉管内壁的腐蚀损伤进行了研究。结果表明,裂解 管组织性能正常,其内壁的损伤是由高温下硫化及氧化腐蚀造成的,硫化腐蚀是引起 损伤的主要原因。
The corrosion damage on the internal surface of cracking furnace tube of HK40 after servicing for 18 000 h is investigated. It is shown that the microstructure and mechanical properties of cracking tube are normal. The damage on its internal surface is caused by sulfidation and oxidation at high temperature. The sulfidation is the main reason resulting in damage.
