摘要
我国推行集体合同制度具有极其重大的政治、经济和社会意义。我国劳动关系的现实状况要求大力推行集体合同制度 ,以保障劳权 ,维护政治稳定。集体合同制度还是现代企业制度不可缺少的组成部分 。
It is of great political、economic and social significance to carry out system of collective contract in China.The actual relation between labor and capital of China requires us to make great efforts to carry out system of collective contract so as to protect labor's rights and maintain political stability. Also, system of collective contract is an indispensable part of system of modern enterprise and we can't establish a real system of modern enterprise without the practice of system of collective contract.
