摘要
医院后勤工作粗放型管理模式和封闭型福利供给模式亟待改革。改革方向是服务社会化 ,措施是改革用人制度 ,激活人才潜能 ;改革分配制度 ,调动积极性 ;改革经营管理模式 ,实现医院后勤体制重组 ;遵循市场规律 ,积极引进市场竞争 ;强化医院后勤服务保障意识 ,确保服务社会化质量。
Traditionally the extensive management pattern and closed welfare supply pattern have existed in hospital's rear service. This needs to be reformed badly. The direction of reforming is to realize the socialization of service. The measures are: to reform human resource management system and to activate people's potential ability, to reform distribution system and to shift everyone's zeal, to reform management pattern and to realize the rebuilding of hospital's rear service system, to follow the market rules and to import market competition, to strengthen the guarantee of hospital's rear service and to ensure the quality of social service.
