摘要
过度专业化教育是专业教育的异化。造成我国高等教育过度专业化的成因主要是我国的专业教育理念不理性;高等教育的功利化、世俗化倾向日趋严重;行政对教育的过度干预。高等教育过度专业化严重影响了我国的人才培养质量,解决这一问题可以从树立理性的专业教育理念、剔除高等教育领域的功利因素和加强教育管理的改革力度三个方面来着手。
Excessive specialization education is the alienation of education. The main causes of China＇ s higher education ex- cessive specialization are that professional education in China is not rational; utilitarian, secular trend of higher education is be- coming more and more serious ; the three is the excessive administrative intervention on education. Excessive higher education spe- cialization seriously affects the quality of China＇ s talents training, this problem can be solved from three aspects of establishing ra- tional philosophy of professional education, eliminating utilitarian factors in the field of higher education and strengthening the re- form power of education management.
