摘要
对2012年第30届伦敦奥运会男子拳击比赛邹市明的竞技实力及其半决赛、决赛的技术与战术特征进行了分析,发现邹市明近十年内竞技实力保持较好,但在得分能力上趋于下降,伦敦奥运会得分能力有一定反弹,但与对手的优势显著减小,体能状态、伤病、技、战术、对手实力增强等是重要致因;邹市明的技术特征表现为:攻防架势以右架为主,灵活辅以左架;侧重于使用直拳、摆拳拳法;进攻方式注重节奏控制和时机把握,以单拳进攻、突攻为主,主动进攻意识强,并能利用时机打反击和迎击;进攻以中远距离为主;后手摆拳、后手直拳得点效率较高;防守时善于使用摇避、侧移、后撤、贴靠防守;攻击效果较好,得分能力虽然不如以往,但控制能力强。战术使用上以主动进攻战术为主,其次是迎击、假动作、打吊摆脱和贴靠战术,紧逼战术和防守反击战术使用相对较少;战术风格全面,进攻和防守较为均衡;战术策略主要是打好开局、提前占据主动,不与对手纠缠、消耗,立足发挥自己灵活、快速的优势等。
Based on analyzing the competitive strength and characteristics of technical and tactical of ZOU Shi-ming in the men＇s boxing match in the 30th Olympic Games, this paper found out that his competitive strength maintained well in the last ten years, but in London Olympics his advantage of score with the opponent＇s reduced significantly, which is caused of physical fit ness condition, injuries, technical and tactical status, and opponents enhancement. The technical characteristics of ZOU Shi-ming is that he mainly used straight and swings boxing technology, focused on rhythm control and timing opportunity, emphasized the single fist attack, sudden attack and initiative attack, the efficiency of the back swing and back straight technology is higher, largely used sway, lateral move, step-back, nestle to defense. The tactical characteristics is that emphasized using initiative attack, and was good at using several tactics, the tactical strategy was getting a good start and take the initiative in advance, did not struggle with Opponents and consume energy, based on using the own advantage of flexibility and speed to play.
