妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者癌因性疲乏状况的调查分析 被引量:6

Investigation and Analysis of Cancer-related Fatigue in Patients with Gynecologic Cancer Receiving Chemotherapy after Surgery

摘要 目的:了解妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者癌因性疲乏状况,为临床医护人员制订干预方案,采取相应措施提供依据。方法:采用Piper疲乏修正量表,通过便利抽样的方法对106例妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者进行问卷调查。结果:93.4%的妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者存在癌因性疲乏,术后第2疗程化疗及不进行任何运动的患者癌因性疲乏水平较高。结论:妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者普遍存在癌因性疲乏,临床护理人员应指导患者加强营养,并进行适当有氧运动,以缓解其癌因性疲乏程度。 OBJECTIVE:To understand the cancer-related fatigue in patients with gynecologic cancer receiving chemotherapy after surgery,and to give advice for the treatment.METHODS:By convenient sampling,106 patients with gynecologic caner receiving chemotherapy after surgery were recruited to complete the questionnaire of revised Piper Fatigue Scale.RESULTS:93.4% patients with gynecologic cancer receiving chemotherapy after surgery experienced cancer-related fatigue,and cancer-related fatigue was higher in patients receiving 2 courses of chemotherapy and patients without exercise.CONCLUSIONS:Cancer-related fatigue is prevalent in patients with gynecologic cancer receiving chemotherapy after surgery,and nurses should direct patients to relief cancer-related fatigue through supplying nutrition and aerobic exercising appropriately.
