延续性护理对全喉切除术患者生活质量的影响

摘要 目的探讨延续性护理对全喉切除术患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2009年6月～2011年9月收治的64例喉癌行全喉切除术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,对照组给予常规的护理和出院指导,观察组患者则在此基础上,在出院后6个月内进行延续性护理。比较两组患者在出院时和出院后第6个月的生活质量和满意度情况。结果观察组生活质量和对护士的满意度评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对喉癌全喉切除术患者出院后进行延续性护理,能有效地预防远期并发症,提高患者的自我护理能力及生活质量。
