火焰原子吸收光谱法测定鸡矢藤中微量元素 被引量:1

Determination of Trace Elements in Paederia Scandens by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 目的:测定鸡矢藤中微量元素的含量。方法:采用浓硝酸-高氯酸(4:1)的混合溶液对样品进行消解,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定鸡矢藤中微量元素(Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn)的含量。结果:鸡矢藤中Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn含量依次为493.3,6.925,82.33,66.42μg.g-1,各元素含量由高到低的顺序依次为Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu;方法的平均回收率为100.4%。结论:鸡矢藤中含有较为丰富的Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,测定结果为鸡矢藤药理作用的研究提供了数据参考。 This study was aimed to determine trace elements in Paederia scandens. The nitric acid and perchloric acid (4:1) mixture was applied to digest the sample. And flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS) was used to determine the content of trace elements (i.e., Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn) in P. scandens. The result showed that the contents of Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn in P. scandens were 493.3, 6.925, 82.33, 66.42 g.g-1, respectively. The element content of each in high-to-low order was Fe 〉 Zn 〉 Mn 〉 Cu. The average recovery rate was 100.4%. It was re- vealed that this method is simple and accurate. It was concluded that trace elements (i.e., Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn) in P. scandens is rich. It has provided some useful information for the further pharmacological studies of P. scandens.
