摘要
针对中医干预措施复杂多变的固有特点,采用动态观点研究3个问题:(1)通过病案、病例的收集和梳理,利用聚类和AHP等方法,建立一个动态、共享的中医疗效评价信息平台,全面、准确地收集中医疗效信息,解决中医疗效评价的数据匮乏问题;(2)基于数据共享中心提供的海量数据,建立反馈机制,并利用字符匹配算法,构造具有相对评价标准的临床疗效指标数据库,实时生成具有某种权重的评价指标树,满足中医干预措施不断变化的要求;(3)对不同量纲、不同数量单位的评价指标进行无量纲处理,实现基于运行监控的中医疗效动态评价。研究结果对完善中医疗效评价理论方法与体系,客观评价中医疗效具有重要意义。
In order to solve the problem of individual assessment for traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, three questions are studied by dynamic point. First, information platform including the open sharing data and medical experts thought will be established by clustering and AHP technology so as to provide shared data for individual assessment. Second, based on massive data and string matching algorithms provided by information platform, index database which has a relative assessment standard is constructed through data accumulation and modification. In- dex database can generate index tree dynamically to meet the changing requirements of intervention. Third, after the qualitative and quantitative index dimensionless respectively, the automatic, dynamic and comprehensive assessment on efficacy of TCM is achieved. The purpose of this study is to assess TCM efficacy based on individualized diagnosis and syndrome differentiation and treatment.
