摘要
本文通过对四物汤、三拗汤等代表性类方较为系统的研究实践和学习体会,探索性地提出方剂功效物质组学的研究策略与方法学体系。方剂功效物质组学是研究功效物质组的组成及其相互关系以及与生物系统相互作用的方法学体系。作为新的概念和研究方法的探讨,作者提出了结构性的功效表征-效应信息群-功效物质组-作用机制的研究策略与相应方法技术体系。基于整体观和辨证论治原则有效关联中医临床功效、生物效应及效应物质的关系,从而建立了功效物质组及功效物质组学的方法学体系,为符合中医临床特点的方剂复杂效应物质基础研究提供了研究思路和方法技术支撑,有助于从功效物质层面深化认识经典方剂及其衍化类方的配伍关系与衍化规律的共性和差异,对中医临床应用具有指导意义,为方剂创新药物的发现提供引导。
The research strategies, methodology and technology system of Formulae Efficacy Chemomics of TCM prescriptions were proposed based on our research and practice on Siwu decoction analogous formulae and San-ao decoction analogous formulae. The Formulae Efficacy Chemomics of TCM prescription is a methodology and tech- nology system to study the composition, interrelation, and interaction with biological systems of the effective chemome. The authors proposed the methodology and technology system of Function representation-Effect of infor- mation group- Efficacy Chemome-Action mechanisms. This strategy effectively associated with the clinical effica- cy, bioactivities and bioactive components, which lead to generate the Formulae Efficacy Chemomics. And the Formulae Efficacy Chemomics of TCM prescriptions provide a novel thoughts and methodology and technology a- greed with clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese Medicine for research on the bioactive components of TCMs. This helps to understand of the similarity and difference of combinational relations and derivation rules of formula and its analogous formulae, which is significant for the clinical application of traditional Chinese Medicine and guidance for discovering the original new drugs based on TCM formulae.
