X射线荧光光谱法测定多金属矿石中的铜和钼 被引量:3

Determination of Copper and Molybdenum in Polymetallic Ore by X Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 采用粉末压片法制样,以经验α系数和散射线内标法校正元素谱线重叠干扰和基体效应,使用ZSX PrimusⅡ型X射线荧光光谱仪对多金属矿石样品中的Cu、Mo进行了快速测试。经国家一级标准物质验证,精密度好,准确度高;用不同方法进行验证,结果满意;经过不同实验室检验其结果符合DZ/T0130-2006规定的质量要求。 Sample was prepared with pressed powder pellet, experience a coefficient and scattering line internal standard method was used to correct element line overlap interference and matrix effect. ZSX primus Ir X ray fluorescence spectrometer was used to rapidly determine copper and molybdenum in polymetallic ores. verified with national standard reference materials, the method had good precision and high satisfactory. Through different stipulated quality requirements. accuracy verified with different laboratory test the results were test methods the results were consistent with DZ/T0130-2006stipulated quality requirements.
