摘要
本文在分析海损事故统计方法的基础上,认为应使用相对数字指标对船舶航行安全进行综合评判.
Based on the Statistical method of analysing marine accidents,this paper proposes to evaluate ship safety on the basis of relative figures such as accident rate,etc. ,and presents a synthetical e-valuation method for evaluating ship safety.
