摘要
由于给料滞后、给料非线性以及翻卸煤种比重不同和装载情况差异等客观因素,目前国内采用的C型或O型翻车机给料系统难以找到合适的给料模型,因而无法实现全自动给料作业,只能根据翻车机漏斗中的实际料位和皮带秤流量采用手动给料的作业模式。根据翻车机给料系统的组成和运行特性,结合上述客观因素,提出一种全新的全自动给料控制方案:根据煤炭的前期估算重量建立重量模型,对不同的重量模型采用分段给料的方式,从而实现翻车机全自动给料作业。该方案已成功应用于神华天津煤炭码头公司的翻车机作业系统。
For the factors actually existed in dumping operation such as feeding lagged, feeding nonlinear, different gravity ratio of the coal to be dumped, and difference of handling situation, the fully automatic feeding operation can not be realized because it is very difficult to find a suitable feeding model from C - or 0 - type of train dumper~ feeding system currently used in China. So only a manual feeding operative mode can be adopted according to the actual material level in the hopper of the dumper and the flux from belt scale. Based on the system composition and its operation characteristics of the train dumper~ feeding system and a comprehensive consideration of those impersonal factors, a new fully automatic feed- ing control program is proposed that a weight model is established from a pre - estimative weight of coal, then a segmented feeding mode is used to different weight model, and last a fully automatic feeding operation for train dumper is achieved. This program is applied successfully in dumping operation system in Shenhua Tianiin Coal Dock Company.
