摘要
建设工程的顺利进行需要一个专业的法律团队专门负责法律事务。建设工程的收尾阶段是结算阶段,不可避免地在业主和承包商之间发生纠纷。解决工程造价结算纠纷的最有力武器则是法律给予的有力保障。文章主要探讨在建设工程相关法律法规的保障下,如何面对并妥善处理工程造价结算纠纷。
The smooth running of construction projects need to have a protessional legal team, which is re- sponsible for legal affairs.Settlement stage is the ending stage of construction projects. There inevitably exists interests clash between the owner and the contractor. The most powerful weapon to solve the engineering cost settlement dispute is the law to give the strong support. This article mainly discusses how to deal with engi- neering cost settlement disputes, and how to properly handle the disputes, under the protection of the related laws and regulations.
