摘要
目的:保证设备运行稳定、性能最佳,降低设备维修保养费用,降低设备的使用风险。方法:通过对比不同维修模式下的维修费用和停机时间,探讨如何实现设备效益最大化。结果:保修期内,实际发生故障40次,换件费用210万元,停机15 d;自行维护1 a,实际发生故障46次,换件费用4.221万元,停机2 d;PHILIPS公司每年白金保费198万元(不包括第三方产品)。大型综合医院3.0T MR购买保修费用与自行维护费用之间存在很大差异。结论:大力培养医院3.0TMR维修工程师,选择适当的维修保养模式,保证PHILIPS 3.0T MR以最低的运行成本,发挥最大的效益。
Objevtive To ensure the operation stability, maximized performance, reduced maintenance cost and usage risk of the equipment. Methods The maintenance cost and stop time with different modes were compared to maximize the efficacy of the equipment. Results In service term, there were 40 times of failures, 2.1 million Yuan and 15-day stop time. In 1- year self-maintenance, there were 46 times of failures, 42.21 thousand Yuan and 2-day stop time. The yearly platinum premium of Philips Company was 1.98 million Yuan, with the third-party product excluded. There was great difference between the guarantee fee and self-maintenance fee for 3.0T MR in the large-scale hospital. Conclusion Proper maintenance technician and mode make Philips 3.0T MR run at the minimized cost and maximized efficacy.
