薄型黄麻/低熔点纤维复合地膜材料的研制 被引量:8

摘要 为解决传统塑料地膜对土壤及环境的污染问题,采用非织造成形技术,将黄麻纤维/皮芯型低熔点纤维混合后经气流成网制成薄型纤维网,然后通过使皮芯型纤维的皮层熔融固化的方式将复合纤维网加固为可以完全降解的复合地膜材料。系统地研究了模压温度、时间和压力对复合地膜力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:当低熔点纤维和黄麻纤维质量比为3∶7,模压温度为115℃,模压压力为5 MPa,模压时间为30 s时,得到力学性能较好的复合地膜材料。 The objective of this paper is to provide a biodegradable material in replace of the conventional plastic mulching film to solve the environmental pollution problems. Jute fibers were blended with sheath-core low-melt fibers and were carded into fibre pre-web by using Rando air-laid machine. Then the fiber pre-web was bonded by using the vulcanizing machine in which process the sheath of low-melt fibers was melted and jute fibers of the pre-web were bonded into biodegradable mulching film. The influences of the bonding temperature, time and pressure on the mechanical properties of jute/low-melt fiber composite mulching film were investigated. It is found that the optimal bonding conditios are as follows: the mass ratio of low-melt fiber and jute fiber is 3:7, pressing temperature is 115 ℃ , pressing pressure is 5 MPa, and pressing time is 30 s.
