摘要
针对多色经像景织物及其组织结构特点、组织与经纬色纱的配合问题,制定一套独特组织结构命名规则,利用该规则,将复杂的多层像景织物组织分解成3种规范化基本结构并进行规范化设计。通过规范化基本结构分析,提出多色经像景织物组织渐变过渡的表现方法和组织过渡顺序,分析了多色经像景在生产中出现的诸如血丝问题的经路疵点原因并提出解决方法。这套组织结构命名规则和基本结构简化了多色经像景织物组织有针对性的设计过程,为多色经多色纬织像景织物的组织库建立以及为数码化创新设计多色经像景织物提供了技术参考。
In response to the complex arrangement of the colored weft and warp yarns and special structure of woven photograph fabrics, a set of unique denomination regulation for the weave structure of woven photograph fabrics is prepared to divide their complex multilayer structures into three standardized basic structures and carry out standardized weave designing. Through analyzing the standardized basic structures, the representation and sequence of gradual structure transition of multicolored warp woven photographs are introduced, and the cause leading to warp wise defects such as ＂red stripes＂ is discussed, as well as related resolutions. This denomination regulation for the weave structure and proposed basic structures have simplified the designing process of the weave structure of multicolored warp woven photographs and provided technical references for setting up their weave data base and digital design.
