摘要
修井施工单井更换频次高、施工周期短、地层压力低及整井试压无法实现等因素极大地限制了修井井控器材的单井试压,为此研究设计了井控器材井口快速试压工具。该工具可以在一次试压过程就能将所有的井控防喷器材以及井控系统中的关键环节全部检验一遍。现场试验结果表明,工具能在一个班组人员的操作下,上修第一时间快速试压,用1台手压泵和约30 L清水,用时约30 min即可完成对修井单井井口的针对性试压,使修井井控工作得到最大程度上的安全保障。
To carry out rapidly wellhead pressure test of well control equipment in a single well, the rapid well- head pressure test tool for well control equipment was studied and designed. The tool can finish inspecting all well control BOP equipment and all key links of the well control system in a single pressure test process. The field test shows that within the operating time of only one crew the tool can conduct rapid pressure test in the first time of workover. The pertinent single-well workover wellhead pressure test can be completed in about 30 min, with a hand- lance and 30 L of clear water. And all the key links of well control at wellhead are verified in order to achieve the maximum safety guarantee with regard to workover well control operation.
