摘要 建立合理的电潜泵有效功率计算模型是计算电潜泵系统效率的关键,鉴于行业标准推荐模型在实际生产应用中的局限性,结合电潜泵井多相流动生产实际,建立了有效功率多相流计算模型,主要内容为:(1)考虑了井液中气体和液体黏度的影响,结合沉没压力和排出压力计算多相流模型,建立了有效扬程与产液量的耦合仿真模型;(2)在多相管路特性研究的基础上,对行业标准推荐的有效功率计算模型进行改进,得到有效功率多相流计算模型;(3)建立了系统输入功率和系统效率仿真模型,并对有效功率和系统效率影响因素进行了敏感性分析。该项研究结果为电潜泵系统优化运行奠定了理论基础。 The establishment of rational calculation model of effective power tor electrical submersible pump (ESP) is the key to calculation of ESP system efficiency. In light of the limitation of the industrial standard recom- mended model applied in practical production, the multi-phase flow calculation model of effective power was estab- lished referring to the practical production of ESP well multi-phase flow. The main contents are as follows. First, effects of gas and liquid viscosity in well fluid are considered. The coupling simulation model of effective lift and liquid production capacity was established referring to the multi-phase flow model of submergence pressure and dis- charge pressure calculation. Second, on the basis of research on multi-phase pipeline property, the effective power calculation model recommended by the industrial standard is improved to derive the calculation model of effective power multi-phase flow. Third, the simulation model of system input power and system efficiency has been estab- lished. The sensitivity analysis of the influencing factors of effective power and system efficiency has been conduc- ted. The research findings have provided a theoretical basis for the optimization of the ESP system operation.
