摘要
对现有纤维石膏板进行改进,提出了一种适合框架结构填充的泡沫混凝土-纤维石膏板,介绍了该板的制作方法,面板由纤维增强石膏内铺玻璃纤维网格布组合而成,芯材采用预制轻质泡沫混凝土,芯材作为内模板与石膏板整体浇筑一体成型;对泡沫混凝土-纤维石膏板作为填充墙板的抗冲击、单向侧推性能做了模拟分析。结果表明:泡沫混凝土-纤维石膏板具有质量轻、变形能力强等特点,并解决了传统纤维石膏板的隔声、隔热问题;墙板的抗冲击、抗弯性能符合JG/T 169—2005对隔墙条板的要求,单向侧推力作用下,结构各部分受力合理,侧推位移角为1/800时,结构处于弹性阶段。
The existing fiber plasterboard was improved,puts forward a glass fiber reinforced gypsum board filled with foam concrete which suits for the frame structure,introduces the making method. The faceplate eombines the fiberglass mesh with the gypsum board,core material uses light foam concrete,the core material as inner template east with plasterboard into an entire panel;A series of simulation analysis on foam concrete fiber plasterboard as the impact resistance,bending resistance of the wallboard and the one-way thrust performance were conducted. Results show that the foam concrete fiber plasterboard has light quality,high deformation ability ete.,and solves the traditional fiber plasterboard sound insulation,heat insulation problems. Impact resistance and bending performance of the panel can meet the requirements of relevant rules for wall plank. Under the function of single side thrust,each part structure stress is reasonable. The structure is in the elastic stage when the thrust displacement angle is 1/800.
