摘要
目的 :探讨宫颈癌患者血清、组织硒与白细胞介素 2受体 (SIL 2R)、肿瘤坏死因子 a(TNF a)的相关性。方法 :用VI 2 0 0 0型原子荧光光度计测定了 15 0例宫颈癌患者 ,45例宫颈良性疾患及 5 0例健康人血清及组织中的硒 ,同时对 75例宫颈癌患者 ,45例良性疾患及健康人血清SIL 2R、TNF a进行了检测。结果 :宫颈癌患者血清及组织中硒含量 0 .80± 0 .2 7nmol/ml,2 .98± 1.78nmol/g明显低于宫颈良性疾患 0 .90± 0 .14nmol/ml,3.75± 1.80nmol/g及健康人 1.0 8± 0 .2 2nmol/ml和正常组织 4.32± 2 .0 8nmol/g(分别P <0 .0 1~P <0 .0 0 1) ,宫颈良性疾患血清与健康人比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;宫颈癌患者血清SIL 2R水平 349.6± 191.7U/ml,TNF a水平 389.8± 2 43.7pg/ml明显高于宫颈良性疾患 2 41.2± 135 .4U/ml,2 45 .8± 115 .4pg/ml和健康人 15 3 .4± 5 8.6U/ml,198.4± 96 .5pg/ml(分别P <0 .0 5~P <0 .0 0 1) ;直线相关分析血清硒 ,组织硒含量与血清SIL 2R ,TNF a呈明显负相关 (分别r =- 0 .395 ,r=-0 .387,r=- 0 .2 95 )。结论 :对宫颈癌患者补硒 ,可能降低SIL 2R含量 ,从而使IL 2发挥其正常生物学效应 ,提高机体自身抗癌能力 ,可能是一种合理。
Objective:To study the correlation between serum,tissue selenium and SIL 2R,TNF a.Methods:Selenium levels in serum and tumor tissue were determined by atomic fluorescent spectrophotometry in 150 patients with cervix cancer and 45 patients each with myoma of uterus and healthy subjects,and serum levels of SIL 2R and TNF a were detected by double sandwich ELISA.Results:The serum and malignant tissue levels of selenium were 0.80±0.27nmol/ml,2.98± 1.78nmol/g in patients with cervix cancer which were significantly lower than those of the benign diseases of cervix(0.90±0.14nmol/ml) and in healthy subjects(1.08±0.22nmol/ml) and normal tissue (4.32±2.08nmol/g) ( P <0.01, P <0.001) respectively.Significant difference was observed between the benign cerical diseases and healthy subjects.The serum levels of SIL 2R and TNF a in patients with cancer of cervix were 349±191.7u/ml and 389.8±243.7pg/ml respectively which were significantly hgigher than those in benign cervical diseases(241.2±135.4u/ml,245.8±115.4pg/ml) and healthy subjects (153.4±58.6u/ml and 198.4±96.5pg/ml)( P <0.05, P <0.001) respectively.Linear correlation analysis showed that selenium levels had a negative correlation with SIL 2R and TNF a( P <0.01).Conclusion:Suitable supplementation of selenium for cervix cancer patients may lower the SIL 2R level thus IL 2 can give full play to its normal biological effects and can enhance cell mediated immunity against neoplasm.This may be a rational effective adjuvant treatment medium.
