摘要
通过改变密胺树脂的固含量、三聚氰胺一甲醛的摩尔比来观察其对石蜡一密胺树脂微胶囊的储热性能、包裹效率以及表观形貌的影响情况。研究表明,在制备石蜡一密胺树脂微胶囊相变材料过程中,固含量对合成胶囊化有很大影响,最好控制在10%。15%,此时胶囊材料的热性能、包裹效率以及表面形貌影响不大;较合适的摩尔比为1:3,此条件下合成的微胶囊材料产品呈球形,表面光滑致密、无团聚现象,分散性良好且无缺陷,对芯材石蜡的包裹效率为71.00%。
By changing the solid content of melamine resin and melamine-formaldehyde molar ration, observe the impact of the heat storage properties of the paraffin-melamine resin microcapsules, parcels efficiency and morphology. The results show that during preparation of microcapsule materials,solid content has big impact to the synthetic encapsulation, and should be controlled within the range from 10% to 15%, at this time, it has little effect on the thermal properties,wrapped efficiency and surface morphology of the capsule material. The more suitable molar ratio is 1:3 at this experiment. At this ratio,the microcapsules has smooth and dense spherical surface, no agglomeration, gooddispersibility and no defects. The encapsulation efficiency is 71.00%.
