新型衣康酸酯类聚羧酸系减水剂合成及其性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 以自制的衣康酸酯化大单体(MPEGIA)、衣康酸(IA)、丙烯酸(AA)和顺丁烯二酸酐(MAL)作为共聚单体,合成一种新型的酯类聚羧酸系减水剂。试验结果表明,最佳合成工艺为:n(MPEGIA)∶n(IA)∶n(AA)∶n(MAL)=1.0∶0.5∶1.5∶0.5,引发剂和链转移剂的用量分别为单体总质量的3.5%和0.8%,在75~85℃反应4 h;合成的减水剂具有较好的分散性和分散保持性,28 d混凝土抗压强度比达到152%。 A new type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized,which by an itaconic acid ester (MPEGIA) ,which made by ourselves,itaconic acid (IA),acrylic acid(AA) and maleic anhydride(MAL) as the comonomer. The experiment results showed that the copolymer had an excellent property when n (MPEGIA) :n (IA) :n (AA) :n (MAL) =1.0:0.5:1.5:0.5 by molar and the dosages of the initiator and the chain transfer agent were 3.5% and 0.8% of the mass fraction of total monomers,respectively,in the 75-85 ℃ under reaction 4 h. The concrete experiments showed that it has good. dispersibility,perfect dispersion stability and well compressive strength,which can reach 152% of 28d compressive strength ratio.
