摘要
目的:探讨冰敷联合马铃薯外敷治疗化疗性静脉炎的疗效。方法:选择98例化疗性静脉炎患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷,观察组采用局部冰敷联合新鲜马铃薯片外敷治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗5 d后,观察组Ⅱ级静脉炎疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冰敷联合新鲜马铃薯片外敷可有效治疗化疗性静脉炎,减轻患者痛苦,提高生存质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the effects of the treatments of chemotherapeutic phlebitis by ice compress combined with potato external application. Meth- ods ：98 chemotherapeutic phlebitis patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 49 cases in each group. In control group, 49 patients were treated by 50% magnesium sulfate external application. In observation group,49 patients were treated by ice compress combined with potato external application,the effects of the two groups were compared. Results：After 5 days of treatments, the grade Ⅱ phlebitis effect of observation group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Treating chemotherapeutic phlebitis by ice compress combined with potato external application is effective, it can relieve the suffering of patients and enhance survival quality,it is worth of clinical application.
