摘要
以中方县为研究区域,综合考虑耕地质量、区位条件和政策因素等多方面的因素,选取土壤肥力、坡度、地貌类型、灌溉能力和连片性等指标,建立耕地入选基本农田的指标体系.通过层次分析法确定评价指标权重,利用MapGIS 6.7的空间分析功能,计算耕地入选基本农田的适宜性综合指数.再通过TOPSIS法对中方县耕地的综合质量进行排序,最终得出基本农田布局图.实例研究证明,该方法可以减少基本农田划定中人为因素的干扰,使得基本农田的划定过程更加科学合理.
Taking Zhongfang county as the study area, considering the influence factors in many aspects ,such as the quality of cultivated land, area condition, policy factors etc, se- lecting soil fertility, slope, landform types, irrigation capacity, contiguous nature as indica- tors, this article established the index system of selecting cultivated land into basic farm- land, determined the weights of evaluation indexes through analytic hierarchy process, cal- culated the adaptive composite indexes of selecting cultivated land into prime farmland by u- sing the spatial analysis functions of MapGIS 6.7, and then sorted the comprehensive quality of cultivated land of Zhongfang county according to the TOPSIS. Finally, based on these technologies, this paper obtained the basic farmland distribution map. Cases studies showed that the method used can reduce the human interference in designating basic farmland and make it more scientific and rational in the process of designating basic farmland.
