摘要
利用水热法制备了ZnO纳米片,通过X射线衍射谱(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、光致发光(PL)和吸收光谱(ABS)研究了不同温度ZnO的微结构和光学性质。X射线衍射的结果表明实验样品具有六角纤锌矿结构。扫描电子显微镜观察到样品具有纳米片状结构,随温度升高,纳米片逐渐团聚为纳米球。在光致发光光谱中观察到两个峰,一个是中心波长位于380nm附近窄且强的紫外发光峰,另一个是520nm附近弱而宽的可见发光峰,结果表明温度为110℃时表面缺陷最少。紫外可见吸收谱给出了样品在110℃时,结晶性更好,紫外吸收更强。
ZnO nanosheets was prepared by Hydrothermal method. The microstructure and optical properties of ZnO nanosheets at different temperatures were studied by X ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), photoluminescence (PL)and absorption spectra (ABS). X- ray diffraction results showed that the experimental samples exhibited hexagonal structure. The scanning electron microscope showed the sample having the nano - sheet structure, with increasing temperature, nano - sheets gradually clustered together as nanospheres. Two peaks observed in the photoluminescence spectrum , one of which was the center wavelength of 380 nm was located in the vicinity of the narrow and strong UV emission peak, another visible light emission peak around 520 nm was weak and broad , and the resuits showed that the sample had minimum surface defects at 110℃. UV -visible absorption spectrum showed sample of 110℃ with better crystallinity and UV absorption stronger.
