摘要
高校档案是全体师生员工智慧的结晶,是学校的一笔宝贵财富。管理和利用好档案资源,既能体现出档案的社会价值,又能很好地服务于教育发展的需要。档案具有四大重要作用,当前档案工作存在四大问题,通过探讨提出:把档案工作摆上重要的议事日程,加快档案管理现代化进程,加强档案人才队伍建设,推进档案资料的开发和利用。
College archives is the crystallization of the wisdom for all the teachers and students, is a valuable wealth oi the school. Good management and utilization of archives resources, not only can reflect the social value of archives, but also meet the need of serving the development of education. File has four important roles. However, now the archives work has four problems. Through the discussion, the author proposed： put archive, work in an important schedule, speed up the modernization of archives management process, strengthen the construction of archives personnel, promote the development and utilization of archives materials.
