二氢嘧啶脱氢酶在大肠癌的表达及其与5-氟尿嘧啶化疗敏感性的研究

摘要 本研究通过免疫组织化学检测大肠癌中二氢嘧啶脱氢酶(DPD)的表达情况,结合体外药敏试验,探讨DPD表达水平与5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)化疗敏感性的相关性,从中分析药物代谢相关酶的表达情况,为临床开展耐药指标筛查,指导大肠癌个体化疗提供理论依据。
