关于直线压缩机无油润滑活塞组热-结构的耦合分析

摘要 为了减少直线压缩机无油润滑系统中活塞环和气缸壁之间的磨损,提高其使用寿命,并提出直线压缩机活塞环的新设计方法。首先建立活塞环和气缸的热传递的数学模型,确定摩擦热在活塞环和气缸间的分布。然后运用有限元的方法研究直线压缩机的无油润滑系统,对活塞环与气缸壁产生的摩擦热和活塞环的热变形进行耦合分析,得到在正常工作状态下活塞组件在预紧压力和热载荷共同作用下的应力和应变的云图。 For the purpose of reducing the abrasion between piston ring and cylinder wall in the linear compressor oil-free lubricated system and improving its using life, a new design method for linear compressor oil-free lubricated system is pointe out in this paper. Firstly ,the mathematical model for heat transfer of piston ring and cylinder is established to determine the distribution of friction heat between piston ring and cylinder.Then the finite element method is used-to study the linear compressor oil-free lubricated system and to carry out the coupling analysis of the friction heat caused by piston ring and cylinder and the heat deformation caused by piston ring.Finally, the nephogram of stress and strain of piston assembly acted both by preload pressure and heat load under normal condi-tion is obtained.
