摘要
针对分布式现场总线采煤机硬件系统,提出了一种以采煤机牵引速度、摇臂姿态为主要控制对象的记忆截割策略。该策略以采煤机恒功率控制和自保护功能为基础,以空间三维坐标转换为方法,在采煤机操作员进行截割示范时记忆数据,当记忆截割模式启动时根据当前采煤机的状态和记忆数据控制采煤机的牵引速度和摇臂的升降。通过程序测试与设备联调,能够复现操作员示范的截割操作,并且在实际工作环境下具有良好可靠性和自保护能力。
A memory cutting is introduced, which selects the speed and rocker gesture of a shearer as the major control objects based on fieldbus system. The strategy is formed on the base of Shearer constant power control and self- protection functions, and a three-dimensional coordinate conversion method is used. Memory data are recorded when the shearer operator gives a cutting demonstration. The shearer traction speed and rocker gesture are controlled on the memory data and shearer condition in memory of cutting mode. The operator cutting could be reproduced by testing the program and equipment. And the system has the appropriate self-protection ability in the actual conditions.
