摘要
以三种不同结荚习性的6个大豆品种为材料,分析其不同结荚部位籽粒蛋白质和脂肪含量,结果表明:三种结荚习性的大豆品种,其籽粒蛋白质含量均为上部最高、中部次之、下部最低;而脂肪含量与之相反。
The protein and oil content of seeds of different stem parts of six soybean cultivars with three different growth habit were analyzed. The results showed that the seed protein content was upper .> middle > lower stem part white the seed oil eontent. was lower > middle > upper stem part in all analyzed cultivars.
