摘要
通过在罐式煅烧炉首层挥发分汇集横道处增设一多余挥发分外引道直通烟道,将多余挥发分在外引通道内燃烧并引至汇集烟道,科学地解决了当石油焦挥发分含量过多时为稳定煅烧炉温度,限制煅烧炉排料量的问题,延长了煅烧炉使用寿命,同时提高了余热烟气的温度。
Construction scheme that adding excess volatile external channel at the floor volatile pooled cross channel of the calcining furnace, in which the excess volatiles were collected and burned, was carried out. The questions that the unstabitily of calcining temperature of the calcining furnace and the limitation of calcination grate discharge volume resulted in the excess of the volatile content of petroleum cokes were resolved, which can be helpful to prolong the furnace life, and improve the temperature of the waste heat utilization of flue gas.
