摘要
急性缺血性脑卒中的血管再通是近些年来的研究热点,随着研究的深入,尤其是介入治疗技术的运用,使得血管再通治疗技术得到了显著发展。本文对过去和当前正在进展中的血管再通策略作一阐述,并着重讨论急性缺血性脑卒中安全有效的血管再通治疗方法。
Acute ischemic stroke vascular recanalization is a hot research topic in recent years. With the development of the re- search, especially the usage of interventional treatment technology, the technology of vascular recanalization has been significantly im- proved. In this paper, the past and present recanalization strategies are reviewed with emphasizing on the safe and effective methods of vascular recanalization in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
