安徽特色文化旅游翻译市场的规范和管理 被引量:3

摘要 安徽翻译市场上翻译公司地域分布不均,缺乏能对市场形成引领作用品牌企业,同时因为缺乏严格的市场准入制度和相关的监督管理,翻译产品质量低下。旅游翻译市场上也同样存在着旅游企业和相关政府管理部门对旅游翻译重要性的认识缺失、客户产品质量意识不高和旅游服务信息翻译内容缺失等问题。究其原因主要是因为安徽整个翻译行业还没有建立起严格的市场准入制度和完善的淘汰机制。为了更好地规范和管理安徽特色文化旅游翻译市场,有必要成立安徽省旅游翻译服务业协会,加强行业自律,提高职业道德;实行严格的市场准入制度;同时加强旅游翻译服务人才的培养,实行旅游翻译人员执业资格考试。 Anhui translation market is uneven in the geographical distribution of translating companies and short of leading translating companies in this industry. Meanwhile, the absence of strict market access system and regulations and supervisions concerned results in the low quality of translated versions. For the tourist translation market of Anhui province, there also exist some problems. For example, tourist companies and competent government authorities are insufficient in recognizing the importance of tourist translation. Clients have a low sense of quality and the tourist translation information is incomplete in content. The main reason is that a set of restrict market access sys- tem and good eliminative system have not well been established in Anhui translation market. In order to regulate and manage the tourist translation market of unique local culture of Anhui province better, Anhui Tourist Translation Association should be set up to strengthen and improve the self-discipline and professional ethics and morality in the translation industry. At the same time, coupled with the implementa- tion of restrict market access system, the emphasis should also be put on fostering tourist translation talents in Anhui province. All the peo- ple who want to do the translating or interpreting job of tourist translation should attend the qualification test to get a certificate for entering this industry.
