摘要
在自然生长条件下,选取三峡库区36个不同来源地的野生青蒿作为研究对象,对影响青蒿花蕾青蒿素含量相关因素进行灰色关联分析。结果表明,土壤碱解N和P含量是影响三峡库区野生青蒿的青蒿素含量的最主要最明显的因素。三峡库区野生青蒿花蕾青蒿素含量主要受土壤营养状况影响。
Under nature growth condition,taken 36 varieties of Artemisiae annie from Three Gorges Reservoir Area as materials, the factors af fecting artemisinine content of Artemisiae annie varieties were studied with grey relation analysis. The results showed that alkaline hydrolysis N and P were the most obvious main factors to affect artemisinine content in Three Gorges Reservoir Area. It was suggested that the artemisinine content of Artemisiae annie varieties was affected by soil nutrients.
