摘要
本文介绍用8031单片微计算机构成的转桨式水轮机最优控制裝置。装置由简单数字协联与最优调节两部分组成。简单数字协联按水轮机制造厂家提供的协联关系曲线进行粗调,最优调节按现场实时采集的运行参数自动寻优,本装置设有串联I/o接口,全厂有多台装置运行时,可通过I/o接口和上位计算机通讯,构成分布式计算机控制系统。
The paper puts forward a 8031-based optimizing controller for Kaplan turbines. The controller consists of a simple digital cam and a optimizing regulator. The simple digital cam coarsly regulates Kaplan turbines. The optimizing regulator automatically seeks optimum according to the real-time operation parameters collected from the worksite. The controller is provided with series I/O ports.When a lot of controllers are provided in a hydro-electric power station, the controllers may communicate with the central computer by series I/O ports. Then they form a distributed computer control system.
