摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理对骨科恶性肿瘤患者放弃治疗后生存质量的影响。方法:根据放弃治疗计划选取我院80例骨科恶性肿瘤患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组予常规临终护理,观察组辅以人性化护理干预。护理干预前后分别通过Partners健康量表(PIHS)、住院患者活动自评量表(PAM)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对其生存质量进行测评。结果:观察组患者在接受人性化护理管理后生存质量状态都能得到极大改善,在放弃治疗后1个月的各项量表评分均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:积极的人性化护理能够显著改善骨科恶性肿瘤患者放弃治疗后的心理状态及生存质量,能使患者无痛苦而更有尊严的安度余生。
Objective： To investigate the effect of humanized nursing on quality of life in patients with malignant tumor after giving up treatment in the de- partment of orthopedics, and the feasibility and effectiveness of relevant countermeasures. Methods ： According to the plan selection of abandoning treatment of 80 cases of malignant tumor patients in department of orthopedics, were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group, the control group used routine for hospice care, observation group with humanized nursing intervention. Around which respectively through Partners health scale （ PIHS）, hospitalized patients activity self - rating scale （ PAM ）, self - rating anxiety scale （ SAS ） and the self - rating depression scale （SDS）, core quality of life scale （QLQ -C30） on quality of life status evaluation. Results： The patients of observation group the quality of life can be greatly improved after received humanized nursing management, the scores were better than the control group abandonment of treatment after one month （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Positive humanistic nursing care can significantly improve the department of orthopedics in patients with malignant tumor after giving up treatment psychological environment and living quality of state, can make the patients pain and more dignified for the rest of their life.
