摘要
目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切术后患者电话随访与传统医院门诊随访的满意度情况。方法:将经尿道前列腺电切术后患者120例随机分为电话随访组和医院随访组各60例。采用Ware患者满意度调查表(PSQ III)分别在经尿道前列腺电切术后1,3,6,12个月时对两组患者的满意度情况进行调查,包括一般满意度及专业技能、服务态度和服务可及满意度。结果:在经尿道前列腺电切术后的12个月内,每个时间点(1,3,6和12个月)两组患者的一般满意度、服务态度满意度、服务可及满意度和技术能力满意度的分数都很高,均高于70%。12个月时电话随访组的一般满意度、服务态度满意度、服务可及满意度均显著高于医院随访组(均P<0.05),但两组的技术能力满意度基本一致(P>0.05)。结论:电话随访是一个让患者满意的随访模式。
Objective :To investigate the satisfaction after transurethral resection of the prostate with telephone follow - up and traditional hospital outpatient follow - up. Methods : After transurethral resection of the prostate in 120 eases were randomly divided into telephone follow - up group and hospital follow - up group ,60 patients in each group. The patient satisfaction questionnaire (Ware PSQ III) were investigated respectively in transurethral resection of the prostate of two groups patients at first,third, sixth, twelfth month, including general satisfaction and professional skills, service attitude and service and satis- faction. Results:Within 12 months after transurethral resection of the prostate inside, at each time point (at first,third, sixth, twelfth month) of two groups of patients with general satisfaction, service attitude, service satisfaction and satisfaction and technical ability of satisfaction scores very high, it was higher than 70%. The general satisfaction, service attitude, service satisfaction and satisfaction of telephone follow - up group were significantly higher than those in hospital follow - up group ( all P 〈 0.05), while the two group technical ability satisfaction consistent( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : The telephone follow - up is a make a patient satisfactory follow - up mode.
