摘要
为了优化超声波辅助半仿生法提取一点红中多酚的最佳工艺条件,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验对提取过程中超声时间、超声温度、超声功率、料液比等4个因素进行考察。结果显示,超声波辅助半仿生法提取一点红中多酚的最佳工艺条件为:超声功率60 W、料液比1∶30、超声温度60℃、超声时间25 min,此条件下提取出的多酚含量为12.08 mg/g,加样回收率为99.74%,RSD为0.30%。表明超声波协同半仿生法是一种适合有效的提取一点红中多酚的方法。
In order to optimize the extraction conditions of polyphenols from Emilia sonchifolia (L.) DC. by ultrasonic and semi- bionicu, base on the single test, orthogonal experiment was carried out to investigate 4 influential factors inclding ultrasonic extraction temperature, power of ultrasonic extraction, extraction time and ratio of solid-liquid. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions for the ultrasonic were as following: the power of ultrasonic extraction was 60 W, the ratio of solid-liquid was 1:30, extracting at 60℃ for 25 rain. The extraction yield was 12.08mg/g, the recovery was 99.74%, RSD was 0.30%. The result indicated that it is applicable to extracting polyphenols from E. sonchifolia (L.) DC. by ultrasonic and semi-bionic.
