摘要 Toll样受体（T01l—likereceptors，TLRs）是非特异性免疫的重要组成部分，是一类重要的跨膜受体，它通过识别并结合相应的病原相关分子来激活非特异性免疫，是连接非特异性免疫和特异性免疫的桥梁，TLRs在绝大多数恶性肿瘤中均有不同程度的表达，并且发挥一定的生物学效应，本文将目前关于TLRs与肿瘤发生发展以及TLRs在肿瘤免疫治疗中的作用进行综述。 Toll - like receptors （TLRs） is an important part of the non - specific immunity. It is a kind of important transmembrane receptor. Also, it can activate the non - specific immunity by recognizing and combining the pathogen- associated molecular patterns（PAMPs）. It＇s the bridge of connection non -specific immunity and specific immunity. TLR is expressed in most of malignant tumors and exerted some biological effects. We reviewed the development of the TLR gene in oncology and its role in the immunotherapy of tumors.
