摘要
目的探讨恶性黑色素瘤术后十二指肠转移内镜像变化。方法对1例恶性黑色素瘤术后患者临床资料进行分析，通过内镜及病理检查明确诊断。结果恶性黑色素瘤具有高转移性，内镜像与皮肤所见黑痣相似。结论内镜检查结合镜下病理检查，在诊断上消化道恶性黑色素瘤中起着关键作用。
Objective To investigate endoscope image of malignant melanoma＇s duodenum metastasis ~ after operation. Methods We analysed the clinical date of a malignant melanoma patient after operation to clear diagnosis with endoscope and pathological examination. Results Malignant melanoma has strong metastasis and the endoscope image is similar to the mole of cutaeous. Conclusion Examination of endoscope combined with pathology plays an impo,~ant role in diagnosis of upper digestive tract＇s malignant melanoma.
