花青素苷调控研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 花青素苷是决定植物花色的主要色素。近年来,随着分子生物学技术的发展及研究的深入,花青素苷调控机理越来越清晰。该文主要论述了花青素苷生物合成、分子修饰、助色素、液泡pH值、金属离子、转录因子等调控机制,以期为花色改良提供理论参考。 Anthocyanins are main determinants of plant flower colors. In recent years, with rapid development of molecular bio-technology and research, the regulation mechanism of anthocyanins has become increasingly clear. In order to provide theoretical reference for flower color improving, this review describes regulation mechanism about biosynthesis of anthocyanins, modification of anthocyanidins, co-pigments, vacuole pH value, metal ions and transcription factors.
