摘要 为了加深对NLRC5分子结构与功能复杂性的理解,论述了NLRC5的分子结构、组织差异表达与定位、生物学功能。重点论述了NLRC5在抗病毒免疫过程、炎症小体形成以及MHCⅠ分子基因转录调节过程中的功能,以期为NLRC5与天然免疫的相关研究提供参考。 In order to further summarized and reviewed the new tissues and biological f understand the complexity o ly gained knowledge on the of NLRCS.
