摘要
为了探讨沙冬青种子总黄酮抗牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)的作用机制,以细胞存活率和抑制率为指标,采用MTT比色法进行了沙冬青种子总黄酮抗BVDV活性的研究。分别采用感染病毒同时给药、给药后接种病毒、先感染病毒后给药三种方式,观察沙冬青种子总黄酮的抗BVDV活性。结果显示,抗BVDV作用具有很好的量效关系,沙冬青种子总黄酮在体外随药物质量浓度的增加,细胞存活率和病毒抑制率明显升高,病毒的TCID50为10-5.29/0.1mL;药物质量浓度在小于0.188mg/mL范围内同时给药途径的细胞保护率和病毒抑制率明显高于其余2种给药途径。结果表明,沙冬青种子总黄酮在体外有良好的抗BVDV活性的作用。
This experiment was designed to investigate anti virus mechanism of the total flavonoids from seeds of Ammopiptanthus on bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVI)V),and cell survival rate and inhibition rate were served as larger to evaluate antiviral activity of the total flavonoids from seeds of Ammopiptanthus by MTT. Cell survival rate and inhibition rate were measured by three administration routes of virusafter hypericin,virus before hypericin and virus and-hypericin, respectively. In result, the inhibition effect on the replication of BVDV was associated with the concenlralion of medicine.. Experimental data indicated that BVDV TCID50, was 10^-5.29/0.1 mL. At low concentration of 0. 188 mg/mL,the proliferation of BVDV was effectively inhibited by hypericin soluble powder when drug and BVDV were added at the same time. The result showed that lhe total flavonoids from seeds of Ammopiptanthus were able to inhibit BVDV ef fectively.
