摘要 研究开发了一种新型摆动电弧窄间隙GMAW焊接系统,该系统通过控制电弧在窄间隙坡口内横向摆动从而增强对侧壁金属的直接热输入,改善侧壁熔合。结合试验,探讨了电弧摆动、热输入以及焊接速度对焊缝成形的影响,结果表明,采取合适的焊接工艺可以得到表面下凹、侧壁熔合良好的焊缝,同时提高了焊接效率。 A new arc-swing narrow gap gas metal arc welding system was developed and researched.Through controlling welding arc to swing horizontally in the narrow gap,this system can strengthen the heat input into the sidewall,so the sidewall fusion is improved.The influence of arc-swing heat input and welding speed on weld shape were analyzed.The results showed that fine concave weld without sidewall defect can be obtained by adopting suitable welding process.
